Cancellation & Refund Policy

We understand that travel plans can change. The following policy applies to all confirmed reservations at Sariska Tiger Lodge unless a different policy is stated at the time of booking.

Cancellation Timelines

• More than 30 days before check-in: Full refund of amount paid, minus a nominal processing fee.
• 15 – 30 days before check-in: 50% refund of the total booking value.
• 7 – 14 days before check-in: 25% refund of the total booking value.
• Less than 7 days before check-in or no-show: No refund.

Peak Season & Long Weekends

Bookings for peak dates, long weekends and festive periods may be governed by a stricter, non-refundable policy which will be shared at the time of confirmation.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7 – 14 working days of cancellation confirmation.

Modifications

Date changes are permitted once per booking, subject to availability and any tariff difference, when requested at least 14 days before the original check-in date.
